IYG's Gender Variant 

At IYG there is a gender variant group on 1st and 3rd Fridays at 6pm. The group is open to all youth 12-20 who do not identify as the gender they were assigned at birth and those questioning their gender identity. Join us to talk with others who have shared experience with you!
Name Change Information for Indiana

Here are the basics for changing your name in the state of Indiana.  If you would like some help changing your name, check out the ILS Low Income LGBTQ+ Project. If you meet their grant requirements they can represent you for free!

ILS Low Income LGBTQ+ Project

ILS' Low-income LGBT Project is a statewide direct service program that addresses the disproportionate poverty in the LGBT community. They can help you with things like public benefits, employment, personal safety, and healthcare, correct identity documents and discrimination.

Bloomington Prism

This youth group meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Tuesdays are more discussion driven, and Thursdays are social time!
Muncie OUTreach

This group in Muncie hosts weekly meetings for all LGBTQ+ youth on Fridays and Trans youth specifically on Tuesdays.
Trans Lifeline

A crisis hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. Trans Lifeline volunteers are ready to respond to whatever support needs members of the community might have.
